jack Connolly
Sector HeadJack is a junior from a small town in Montana concentrating in Computer Science and Applied Math. In high school, he founded a small app development business to fill an untapped niche in rural areas and has since participated in business-focused clubs like Innovation Dojo on campus. He is also currently the Co-Director of Education for the Brown Private Equity Club and the VP of Research for Van Wickle Ventures. In his free time, you can find him golfing, snowboarding, and attempting to play the piano.
Josh Kavel
Sector HeadJosh is a junior from Atlanta studying Computer Science and Applied Mathematics. This past year, Josh worked at Grove Mountain Partners, a small, local PE firm outside Atlanta. Next summer, Josh will be joining KKR in their Real Estate Credit Group. He is a member of Brown Club Basketball and enjoys watching long Youtube videos in his free time.

Sector HeadEleanor is a sophomore from New York City studying Mathematical Physics and Econ. This past summer, she worked at MidCap Financials, which specializes in providing debt solutions to middle market companies, and waited at The Surf Shack Bar & Restaurant. She loves the Patriots, can read Latin and Ancient Greek, and is a member of Kappa Delta!

Sector HeadDaniel is a sophomore from Chevy Chase, Maryland, studying Applied Mathematics–Economics. This past summer, he worked at Innovus Advisors as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst. Outside of school, he enjoys skiing, fishing, listening to music, and finding new places to eat in Providence.

Sector HeadJack is a junior from Connecticut studying Economics and Political Science. Over the past couple of summers, he's interned in Investment Banking at Cantor Fitzgerald and worked for Newtyn Management as a Hedge Fund Intern. Next summer, Jack will be joining Moelis as an Investment Banking summer analyst. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, watching Tottenham Hotspur, and trying new restaurants in Providence.

Sector HeadAarav Laungani is a sophomore from Dubai studying Computer Engineering and Economics. He joined BIG in his freshman fall as a General Body member before transitioning into the REGAL sector as an RC member. Last summer, he interned at Qvantea Capital, a private equity firm focused on B2B tech platforms, and participated in the BAM student investment fund. Outside of BIG, Aarav is on a dance team, involved with BSRE, and loves to cook.

Sector HeadAndrew (Ryan) Carpenito is a sophomore from Westchester, New York, studying Mechanical Engineering. He attended Hackley School and has spent three summers interning in an engineering lab at Safe Flight Instrument Corporation, a niche aerospace manufacturer
Outside of BIG, Ryan enjoys watching and playing baseball, building things, and spending time with friends.

Sector HeadKabir is a sophomore from San Diego studying Applied Math–Economics and History. Last summer, he interned at JSL Health Capital, an AI-healthtech VC firm, and worked on the side as a tour guide at his local kayak shop. Sector HeadCaroline is a Senior from the San Francisco Bay Area and has been on the Research Committee since her first semester at Brown. She is pursuing a concentration in Materials Science Engineering and competes on the Brown Women's Cross Country and Track and Field teams. During her time at Brown she has worked on multiple environment-related research studies. This past summer, Caroline worked with Blackstone as a Summer Analyst.

Sector HeadIgnacio (Nacho) is a sophomore studying Economics. Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, he will be interning at Perella Weinberg Partners in the summer of 2027 within their investment banking Restructuring and M&A group. Outside of his academic and professional pursuits, Ignacio's interests include watching soccer, lifting, fantasy football, and eating steak.
Arjun Shah
Sector HeadArjun is a a sophomore from Belmont, MA studying APMA-Bio & Econ. He spent his freshman summer working at BeOne Medicines, screening emerging biotech companies in the oncology space for potential corporate deals. He is interested in biotech, MedTech, and the AI space, and outside of academics he loves piano, poker, golf, skiing, and listening to nearly any genre of music.

Sector HeadOwen is a sophomore from Brooklyn studying philosophy and statistics. He has spent the past two summers at Metropolitan Partners Group, a private credit firm. On campus, he is a member of Brown's Hospitality Club, where he serves as the resident burger flipper. Outside the classroom, his interests include basketball, DJing, and debate.
Yoon Lee
Sector HeadYoon is a sophomore from Michigan and South Korea studying Applied Math-Computer Science. This past summer, she interned at Piermont in commercial real estate investment banking and previously worked as a Seasonal Analyst at a micro-cap private equity firm. Outside of BIG, Yoon enjoys fine arts (especially colored-pencil hyperrealism) and architecture.
